Vi erbjuder självhushåll vilket innebär att alla som placeras hos oss kan bo i och sköta ett eget hushåll, att vara beredd på att leva upp till de grundkrav som ställs på en hyresgäst i allmänhet. Vi värnar om självbestämmanderätten och den personliga integriteten.
I samband med in och utflyttning så hjälper vi gärna till med transport. Förutom att detta gör det smidigt och underlättar för familjen så är detta ett bra tillfälle för oss att lära känna familjen. Väl på plats i boendet så har vi ett kortare introduktionsmöte med familjen där vi går igenom vilka regler som gäller för respektive boende och säkerställer en kontinuerlig uppföljning. Vi hjälper här även till med att göra flyttanmälan/adressändring.
I samband med hembesök så utför vi kvalitetskontroller av boendet såväl som service och underhåll av inventarier.
SDD för en kontinuerlig dialog med placerade familjer i syfte att skapa och upprätthålla ett tryggt och trivsamt boende.
